Using this website

The website does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, a newsletter sign-up or a web enquiry database. Images and fonts are served as part of the website. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site.

Your motion preference

If you change the motion setting in the footer, the site saves that preference in your browser’s local storage. This setting stays on your device and can be cleared using your browser’s site data controls. Your operating system’s reduced-motion preference is also respected.

Email enquiries

Email links open your own email application. Choosing an enquiry type or copying a checklist does not send information to Joseph West. If you send an email, the information you choose to include is used to respond to your enquiry and, where agreed, arrange supply or services.

Information you share

Only include information relevant to your enquiry. Photos, vehicle details and location information may help clarify a request. Relevant details may need to be shared with a supplier or freight provider to arrange an agreed order; any necessary arrangements can be discussed by email.
